I've done my share of hiking at SCP over the years, but I have absolutely no idea where the MTB singletrack is located. Can someone give me an idea of where to park and how to find it?

FORC is working with the park to create single track at the park. Right now there is none. The only thing I can tell you is that there is a multi-use trail system that extends from the sugar shack to the golf coures. In this area you find some trails that maybe to your liking. Stay tuned there is more to come on this subject. Check back in a few days.

Pull into the park, turn right at the first intersection (one of the arrows on the park sign points to the Pool), drive on that road till you see the lake on the right side of the road (that's Pride Lake), pull into one of the parking lots by the lake (there is a parking lot right next to the lake on the right side of the road with a small information kiosk in that parking lot OR you can park in the lot across the road on the left side).  The trail head is 40 yards North from the parking lot (just past the brown outhouse).  There is a yellow flex pole at the entrance.  Ride up the little service access path, turn right at the top and there you go.  Follow the yellow flex poles / signs.   The first 1 1/2 miles is rough as the trail care crew just cut that in.  But, it's fun and will get better and better with time.  Then, the real singletrack is beyond that point.  Enjoy!

Rock on!
