2025 Officer Nominations & Election
At the December membership meeting (12/2/2024) we will be holding our annual officer elections. During this cycle the positions below will be on the ballot and are open for nominations.
President - The President's duties include organizing and setting the agenda for board and general membership meetings, promoting trails and other land use issues, trail maintenance, race promotion and other responsibilities determined by agreement with the other officers. This position is retained for a 2 year period.
Vice President - The Vice President's duties include membership issues, fundraising, and other responsibilities determined by agreement with the other officers. The Vice President will also support the duties of the president. This position is retained for a 2 year period.
Treasurer - Treasurer's duties include bookkeeping, making payments and deposits, keeping an updated list of members, their addresses and email addresses and other responsibilities determined by agreement with the other officers. This position is retained for a 2 year period.
Secretary - Secretary's duties include keeping minutes of the monthly meetings, and other responsibilities by agreement with the other officers. This position is retained for a 2 year period.
Race Director - The Race Director is responsible for race promotion, schedule, timing, general awards, and other responsibilities. The Race Director will work with the appropriate Trail Steward to set up the race course. The race purse will be determined by the Board of Directors and distributed by the Treasurer.
Web Director - Duties include website maintenance and design, and other responsibilities by agreement with the other officers. (1 yr term)

Race Director:Mandy Griesenbeck
Web Director: Drew Hanson
If you would like to be added to the ballot for any of these positions please let us know. Nominations will be taken until November 30th 2024 to give us time to create ballots before the election on December 2nd 2024. If you serve in one of these positions you will have the support of past and current board members at your disposal if you have any questions. Check out the FORC By-laws as well for more info on how the club operates.
