That's a viable option. At SBP tonight, we were talking about heading out that way as well as a host of other places if Blue is closed.
Some other options could be: Palos, Chicago urban, Rock Cut, Kettle, Farmdale, Dirksen, Indy, Scott County, Illinewek, and Sunderbruch. I'm sure there's more.
    I'm leaning toward Palos.

Never been there, but I'm sure Camrock is in good shape. They just had their WORS race last weekend.

Glad to hear alternative plans in the air. Ive never riden a with a large group of forcers, lookinv forward to it. Cam and palos have been on my list to hit anyway. Weather not looking any better TWC has blue in middle of severe threat all day friday, 40% chance fri, 50% fri night. Whereever you go we shall follow. Met a few of you on the trails here looking forward to meeting more. Crappy work schedule keeps me aaay for most rides.

I raced CamRock last Sunday, trails were a blast to ride and in primo shape. I'd like to go back and ride there some day when not racing.

We got options! We'll probably stick around FORCville if Blue is closed.

Corbs just called Blue Mound and it's raining there now. The rangers say there is no way they will be open Saturday given that they have been closed all week due to being too wet and today's rain is just exacerbating that. Based on that and knowing that Gunchie and the CR crew will be in town tomorrow, I plan to ride locally and hang out with those guys. If others go elsewhere, have a blast and ride safe!

We are under a thunderstorm watch now and we've got a 30% chance of scattered showers this afternoon/evening. Fingers crossed that the rain doesn't screw up our riding...
    I wanna ride!

Assuming you are camping at Sco Co Pa. What parks do you plan to hit and roughly what time?

3 things I've learned so far as a newbie...
    1) The Troll is very grumpy and has a "in" with the rain gods.
    2) Trees do not move no matter how hard you hit them.
    3) Any Beer, Any Time, Any Place

That's all you need to know. Your no longer a newbie. The saying, "ride when you can not when you plan." is 'cause of rule #1
