Rode there tonight and there were quite a few areas affected on Tarmac. Looked like electric utility work.

Eastern Iowa Light and Power has a bad line underground. The problem has a temporary fix. They needed to clear the easement in order to find the problem.
You'd understand if you know what I was talking about.
