Are class 1 emtb allowed on local trails? Not looking to be a jerk or tear anything up, just have a wrecked back with nerve damage?wanted to ask you all because the laws are kind of weird. I know, I know?I rolled my eyes at myself even asking!

I've seen them on group rides so my thought is yes.
I've confirmed with the Illiniwek/Dorrance Ranger that pedal assist e-mtbs are OK on dirt trails at these locations. May be park dependent though.
⚒ Trails don't build themselves. ⚒
I just picked up a full suspension emtb a few weeks back. From everything I've read and understood class 1 bikes are good, but when you get into class 2 or 3 that's a different story. I'll be going out to Scott county park tomorrow morning for a few hours to check out those trails
