Sunderbruch Invasive Species Removal Work Day

Hey everyone!

The City of Davenport along with the Partners of Scott County Watersheds is hosting a honeysuckle removal day out at Sunderbruch on November 2nd, from 10am - 12pm. It will involve going up into the woods to cut out the invasive bushes and treating the stumps with an herbicide to prevent them from growing back. Events like this help the native under-story species have a chance for survival by not having to compete with these aggressive, non-native species.
